Easy Party Bus Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit :

To secure your booking, a security deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on the chosen bus. This deposit will be refunded to your nominated account at the end of the trip if the bus is returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Please note that refund processing may take 2-7 business days, depending on your bank’s billing cycle.

Payment Options :

We offer several payment methods:

  • Cash payments can be made to the driver on the day of pick-up.
  • For Internet banking or bank deposit, payment must be completed 4 days prior to the trip.
  • Payments via invoice are accepted and can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.

Booking Fee :

A 3% booking fee will be applied to all online and invoice payments.

Confirmation :

After receiving either the security deposit or full payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a remittance. Please review all details for accuracy. If any information is incorrect, contact us at (02) 9188 9099 immediately for corrections. An updated remittance will be sent via email.

Correspondence :

Communication via email and text messages between a client and our team constitutes a legally binding contract.

Personal Information :

Customer personal information provided through our online booking system is securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

Booking Errors :

Easy Party Bus is not responsible for incorrect details entered in our online booking system. Please verify all information before making payment.

Cancellation Policy :

Security deposit payments are non-refundable in case of cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip will result in a 50% charge of the full payment to your nominated account.

Text Message Notification :

If you do not receive a confirmation text message with driver details the day before your booking, contact us before 8 pm at (02) 9188 9099 to obtain the driver’s name and number.

Late Arrival :

Passengers must be ready 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If passengers are not ready when the bus arrives, the driver may not be able to wait due to other bookings, and no refund will be provided.

Bus Breakdown :

In case of a bus breakdown, Easy Party Bus will attempt to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If a replacement is not possible, a refund for the trip will be issued, but additional costs incurred will not be covered.

Unforeseeable Circumstances :

Easy Party Bus is not liable for compensations due to delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by events beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, strikes, etc.

Traffic Delays :

We are not responsible for road delays caused by accidents, roadworks, or peak-hour traffic. Our buses may have longer travel times compared to cars. Please allow for extra travel time when booking.

Smoking :

Smoking is strictly prohibited on our buses in accordance with state laws. Failure to comply will result in passenger removal from the bus without a refund.

Beverages :

Alcohol consumption is allowed, provided it is legal and done responsibly. All passengers requesting alcohol must be over 18 and have valid identification. Glass containers are not allowed due to safety regulations.

Food :

Food or snacks are not permitted on our buses. If passengers bring food or snacks, the driver will request removal.

Safety :

Passengers travel at their own risk. Seatbelts must be worn at all times in buses equipped with them.

Damage Excess Fee :

Excessive damage or untidiness may result in the trip termination and a non-refundable bond. Passengers causing damage are responsible for repair costs, with fees ranging from $300.00 to $1000.00.

Fighting and Vandalism :

Disruptive behavior, fighting, damage to the bus, excessive intoxication, or insistence on consuming more alcohol may lead to passenger eviction and police involvement. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Property :

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. Found items will be stored at our depot. Contact us at (02) 9188 9099 to arrange collection; postage is not an option.

Photos and Videos :

Photos or videos taken by drivers are used for advertising purposes unless you decline consent. In emergency situations involving law enforcement agencies, these media may be used as evidence.
